About Nigel

Nigel Beach graduated with distinction in the Chef de Cuisine and Hotel Management Program from South Devon Technical College in Devon, England. For over twenty years he has worked in various restaurants, private clubs and hotels in Europe and Canada before settling in Sarnia with his wife and two children.

October 1st 2004 – Established Chef Nigel, Personal Chef Service.Started the business on a part time basis doing in home dinner parties and prepared meal packages for clients while working at a local hotel.

January 2005 – After very positive feed back I decided to operate my service full time.

July 2005 – I moved into 127 Michigan Avenue Point Edward (500sq ft of rented space) and set up a working kitchen for pre preparation.

July 2008 – Purchased 601 Michigan Avenue, Point Edward. (The old Beth Marie store) Larger preparation area, storage, a client greeting area and parking
